Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Lage zum Teich. Leider gab es einige gravierende Probleme im Zimmer. Die Kopfkissen waren nicht bezogen und die Toilette war mit Fäkalspuren behaftet. Eine Reklamation stellte diese Probleme zu späterer Stunde zwar ab hatte aber trotzdem etwas Beigeschmack. Beim Check out wurde ich gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war. Ich habe das ganze Ärgernis nochmals vorgetragen und zur Antwort bekommen das dies an die Geschäftsführung weitergeleitet werde, und diese mich kontaktieren wird. Leider ist nie was passiert, passt nicht zum eigentlichen Niveau des Hotels.

Nettes Hotel, die Verarbeitung im Wellness Bereich lässt an vielen Orten to wünschen übrig. Die Haken an der Wand wackeln und die Beschichtungen auf dem Holz lösen sich. Sehr schade, zu mal das Hotel sonst hochwertig wirkt.
