Thoroughly frustrated at this place. The hotel itself was not too bad, however I experienced the worst service from the upper management. I was coming from Argentina to which my flight was delayed 1 day for 2 separate rooms. Yes, the rooms were booked non refundable, but we had every intention of staying there. The day we arrived, we checked in at around 7pm, and we checked out at 6am.
I asked to speak with a manager, which none was available. And that regardless Expedia would have to make contact. I asked Expedia to ask the hotel to please refund 1 night for each reservation. The hotel refused and Expedia apologized. I attempted to email the hotel directly. No response. In my last direct contact with the hotel, they acknowledged that they were not going to respond to my message with "buen dias" which is good day.
I come to Bogota quite often, and I emailed them that when I come again for a week's stay if they can just add 2 more nights of the lot reservation.
All they did was ensure my dissatisfaction by not working out a solution with me, and now I will never stay at their hotel again. The hotel is adequate and the food and drinks are inexpensive, but so are another 100 hotels in the area.
