Generally speaking, a decent hotel...Room is comfy, close to all the fun stuff in the historic neighborhood of Porto Alegre.....The surrounding neighborhood has some pretty sketchy parts, but the street folk aren't too annoying... I've seen far worse parts in other big cities in Brazil. This is pretty tame by comparison....Out time in PA is very brief. When we come back in the future, we'll definitely consider this place again.

The staff was unfriendly and did not speak any English. During check-in, they did not inform me that breakfast was included or provide the Wi-Fi password. The room was also not clean—there were long hairs everywhere. Throughout the night, a compressor—possibly from an air conditioning unit—turned on about every half hour and made a lot of noise, making it impossible to sleep. I stayed for two days, and each day the key card for my room stopped working. I had to return to the reception desk every time to have it reprogrammed

O prédio é um pouco antigo, mas estava em bom estado de conservação com acomodações limpas. O café da manhã era simples, mas ainda bem bom. Ar condicionado split melhor do que em vários outros hotéis. A pior parte era quanto ao isolamento acústico do quarto, praticamente inexistente, já que era possível ouvir o que os demais hóspedes faziam em vários outros quartos, como passos, conversas, abrir e fechar de móveis e portas, vídeos no celular etc, o que dificultou o descanso.

O hotel segue o padrão excelente, mas no café da manhã a TV estava ligada com volume alto no canal de uma igreja transmitindo o culto. Foi muito desagradável, era 7h da manhã! Não sei qual objetivo daquilo mas repenso em ficar ali novamente.
