Clean rooms. Very kind and helpful staff! It is right next to the shopping center that has the Maximat and Systembolaget, plus many other shops. There is a Burger King across the Street. Plenty of room for free parking for both cars and trucks. Lovely Swedish breakfast. Comfortable beds. Great location in Charlottenberg. Quiet area. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was reasonably good. Staff was nice and accomodating. We had some issues with floor and door noise but otherwise room was ok. We found those shops we needed for the stay.

Very good location, big parking, room spacious enough, and we got to borrow a crib for our little one. Staff was very helpful. Bfast could be so much better. The floors in our room and outside were squeaky but that’s ok. None of the tesla chargers was working. A playroom would be nice (no play area in the mall, just a traintoy), but I guess that’s not a priority. An ok place to stay in general. :)

Vi kjøpte Superior rom, størrelse var ok, første rom vi fikk var renholdet ikke greit, kjønnshår på vasken, brunt nede i toalettet, kun det ene lyset i dusjen som virket på badet. Vi fikk skiftet rom og det rommer var ok renholt, i begge rommene knirker gulvene mye, samme med dørene, litt olje i hengslene på dørene hadde gjort seg. Første rommet(226)hadde MYE flekker på gulvteppene, andre rommet(228) var helt greit. Generelt var det gammelt og slitt, både på rommene og i de laaaange korridorene, gammelt og slitt også i fellesområdene.

Rom 249. Med litt superlim og en saks kunne teppe ved terskelen til badet blitt helt fint; nå var det fillete. Det kunne vært knagger på badet; kun håndtaket på dusjdøren kunne brukes som knagg. Sengetøyet (lakenet) var helt klart rent, men hadde synlige flekker som ikke har gått vekk i vask. Dette burde absolutt IKKE vært lagt på. Personalet, middag og frokost var strålende :)
