Breakfast and its staff was great each day of our stay. Check in and out was easy and quite pleasant. Floors in our room were not clean and room service did not make up our room two day in a row. housekeeping kept it from being a over all great stay!

Wonderful and clean hotel. Staff very friendly, courteous, helpful, and kind. Excellent breakfast, nice bar. AC in the room works very well! Loved that we could easily walk to downtown restaurants.

Our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend this facility. The staff was amazing! The front desk staff was so pleasant & friendly. From the moment we stepped in, we were treated so nice. Cleaning staff was even kind & told us to have a good day & come back & visit. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that. I could tell that the staff enjoyed their jobs. Well done! The hotel was beautifully decorated & incredibly clean. Our room was very spacious & comfortable. Bathroom & shower were great, as well. If we ever visit the area again, we’ll be staying here.

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Within walking distance of the downtown/river area makes for great leisurely walks and is close to the university. Have stayed there a couple of times and will usually be my first check for availability. Only complaint is the parking situation. Very limited at the hotel itself. If that lot is full, you have to park about a block away.

Room was nice but for the ceiling had a bad water stain and the hard floors needed mopping. The beds were soft but no way were they queen size. The breakfast was ok but didn't have pancakes.

Hotel has such a Quaint, Nostalgic Charm to it, that was so warm and inviting! Staff members Sherrie, Sheila, & Kenrick were soooo Kind & very Accommodating! Hot, Delicious Breakfast served in Polished Antique Silver Trays! Also Fresh Fruits, Bagels, Variety Danish, all with Amazingly Fresh Roasted Coffee! In the evenings, being able to relax in their cozy bar, with a glass of wine, was certainly, a nice touch. EXCELLENT proximity to 'Front Street' Activities & Shopping with minimal walking., and we're in our mid 60s with some physical limitations. We'll be back to this Amazing 'Chateau' where they treat you like Family!

I had another pretty good experience here. The property and the room itself were good, though not necessarily great, as there is a worn/dated to some of the 4th floor rooms. However, the staff was really helpful and accommodating, which made a difference and drives the value of this spot. If you're grading on a curve for Natchitoches, it actually holds up quite well as an enjoyable, roomy place to stay/be. The bar is open most of the weekend evenings and great, free morning breakfast is good. A solid, straightforward choice if you're in the area.

Clean room; very cold a/c; excellent coffee at breakfast; good breakfast! Outdoor fountain was not working. Very limited parking behind the hotel! Very close to Front Street, which is “the street” to be! Would stay again!

The historic look of this hotel, location to River and spacious room are some of the things I loved. Additionally the breakfast was delicious. Coffee and oatmilk creamer were appreciated! The room description was off - the junior suite indicated a queen bed, but it is actually a sofa bed. Also no restaurant on site. Overall the hotel was a great deal and I would stay again if in this area.
