The hotel stay was wonderful! My only suggestion would be to expand the room service menu dinner items. Breakfast was delicious.

Had a lovely visit at the JB Duke. We need to travel to the area frequently and just discovered this great hotel. The rooms are cozy and clean, the beds are super comfortable and we took full advantage of the dining room and had a great meal after a long day. Highly recommend staying here and looking forward to our next booking.

Beautiful property, very comfortable room with nice amenities. The breakfast was really yummy. Every single staff person I interacted with was helpful, friendly, warm, and funny. That was the difference between a great and an exceptional experience.

Really good location. And staff very friendly. Free parking too. I would have liked a little bigger room. Would have also liked coffee in the main lobby. But overall, we'll be back!
