This hotel is not at all what you see on the pictures! We booked a family room, it looked cute, clean and nice in the pictures, and was exactly the opposite! The room is located near the entrance at ground level, the windows are pointed out towards a messy, noisy street and anyone can look in. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in the building, people coming and going, the door bell, it’s really hard to fall asleep - especially for kids! It has no proper door to the bathroom, just a barely tinted glass sliding door located just in front of the toilet. This means you’re basically doing your business in front the whole family, and lighting up the entire room if you use the toilet during the night. There is no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel, just one of those hand soap dispensers you see in public bathrooms, with plain soap, I guess… The floors aren’t clean, and there is no carpet. The bunk bed for the kids is a squeaky monstrosity made out of metal, and it looks like prison bunks. If you want to store your luggage before checking into the room, there is a very trashy room (it was unlocked when we came), filled to the brim with unmarked luggage and no system to guarantee that you get your luggage and not someone else’s. This hotel is NOT worth your money - if you’re looking for a better option in the same price range, we spent two nights at the Elite Adlon here in Stockholm a week prior to this stay, and have absolutely no complaints there.

Walking distance to the tram is great and the subway. Lots of restaurants around good amenities. Only downside rooms get hot in the summertime there is a webhallen just around the corner you can buy a nice portable fan for 499kr and it was a life saver

We had booked room with a doublebed, when arriving we received a room with a 140cm bed in the corner of the room, we were told this were their doublebed-room. they don’t have any rooms with a proper doublebed. No information about tvis when booking the room.

At our arrival, we found that our room was very small, didnt work central heating and the shower drain was full and water nearly flood the room...and then, using the hair dryier, electricity went off and until next morning wasnt fixed. Despite that fact, the people were very smart, tried to solve problems , we got an upgrade of room and always with an smile . Nice days at Estocolmo

Läget är väldigt bra och centralt men det är ett gammalt hus med vissa saker moderniserade men andra saker i stort behov av underhåll. Värmesystemet fungerade inte trots under 10 grader utomhus. Hotellet saknar hissar. Hotels.com bör varna om detta!!!!! Rullator eller rullstols kunder göre sig ej besvär. Stora och tunga resväskor blir också jobbiga att bäras i alla dessa trappor. Frukosten var bra.

Vi fick checka in tidigare vilket vi var jättetacksamma för! Tyvärr är rummen lite väl lyhörda så man hör både rumsgrannens TV och dom som går med skor i rummet ovanför. I övrigt helt ok! Frukostmatsalen lite dåligt dämpad så allt prat runtomkring blev lite för mycket för oss, då var det skönt med en lugnare del utanför köket. Tyvärr saknades bacon i frukostmenyn :-)

Centralt bra, rummet hade dock lite övrigt att önska, gardiner på trekvart, endast en sänglampa, världens minsta dusch, illaluktande avlopp , lite svartmögel i badrummet. Bra frukost, fast som skåning var kaffet i tunnaste laget. Och vi klagade inte på plats, hoppas att hotellet är under renovering.
