Everything was great. Though someone really needs to clean up the garbage that is floating around the parking lot. I wish there was something to be done about how loud the other tenants are, in the parking lot, late at night. But, oh well... Otherwise, it was a nice location, great value, and a wonderful view from the window. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Easy check in and best of all my pets stayed free! Could do with upgrades all around but for the affordability it was a great price! Noisy neighbors but again you get what you paid for. Thank you for your hospitality Palms Inn.

For the price, the hotel was a good deal. I stopped for just one night as part of a longer road trip. It worked for my purposes. In general, the room was clean and the staff at the front desk in the evening and morning were polite. There was free internet and an a/c and heater that worked. The furniture needs updating—mirrors were etched in, and the bathroom door broken. Both were usable, even if not in good condition. Only a bar of soap is provided for amenities, so bring your own toiletries for the bathroom. Only one bath towel was provided and no hand towels or bath cloths. Located right off the freeway, this hotel works as a quick pit-stop for a night to get a quick sleep.

Adequate and inexpensive.

I stayed here while visiting an elderly Family member in hospice care. The room was clean but sparsely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't spend much time in the room, but if I had, I would want far more comfortable furnishings and room appeal. It was fine for what I needed - a somewhat inexpensive place to lay my head during a trying family gathering.

I'm homeless been staying here for a year off and on. I left the door open to go wash clothes for two hours with my laptop here and when I came back it was still here nothing was stolen. The housekeeping here is respectful, kind and helpful. Soon as I can cash out the bonds I found in my name I would love to gift the entire staff with a gift card for dinner.

The towel tack on tpilet holder were misding, shower old and stained, no soap at all. But it was a big riom, bed was okay and floors Lyxury vinyl. Water was switched H was at cold and smaller sink replaced to older bigger one. It was quiet and i slept well.
