My friends and family were extremely disappointed with the quality of the accommodations. We paid nearly $400 USD per day, but the rooms were dark, poorly maintained, with dirty bathrooms and sewage odors coming from the drains. While the hotel's exterior grounds are beautiful and well-kept, the rooms are in desperate need of complete renovation. Instead of the resort experience we expected, we felt like we were staying at a roadside motel. On our first day, we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and had to wait over an hour and a half for what turned out to be terrible food. Given the high price point, the experience fell far short of expectations and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Área de piscinas excelente, quartos espaçosos, limpos e organizados. Área de lazer boa, piscinas aquecidas, jacuzzis e ótimas refeições a la carte. Fiz a reserva com jantar incluído que foi uma DECEPÇÃO e FALTA DE RESPEITO total. Das 4 noites, 2 noites foram no buffet principál, com ótimas opções, o esperado para um hotel resort. Nas outras 2 noites, o restaurante principal era EXCLUSIVO para um evento e os hóspedes tiveram que comer no outro restaurante menor! O grande problema que este buffet era limitadíssimo! Num dia por exemplo, tinha uma opção de tiras de carnes (secas), nuggets e um peixe a milanesa mal executado e pouquíssimas opções de salada. E, no restaurante principal, o cardápio do dia incluia salmão e picanha grelhada! No outro dia, tinha um arroz carreteiro que não dava pra comer de tão duro! Uma responsável (Ger. Hospitalidade) ouviu a reclamação da minha esposa e falou ia dar 50% de desconto de UMA DIÁRIA no chekout! O correto mesmo seria termos sido avisados no checkin e já nos dar uma opção previamente (eu estava com carro e preferia ter ido jantar na cidade), mas ok. A PIOR PARTE é que no checkout, o desconto não estava lançado. A recepção ligou para a gerente, que argumentou que não poderia dar o desconto, pq a reserva tinha sido feita por um site e não no hotel - OU SEJA, PROMETEU E NÂO CUMPRIU. Deu desconto de 50% nos extras, que era muito abaixo dos 50% de uma diária que ela mesmo tinha concedido. Fiquei com sentimento de DESRESPEITO e DESCASO.

O check-in estava previsto para as 15h, mas os quartos dos meus pais só ficaram prontos depois das 16h. Outro ponto foi a disponibilidade de itens no bar/restaurante. No sábado, não havia insumo para preparar um drink específico, e uma das cervejas simplesmente acabou, e quando voltou, ainda não estava gelada. Para um resort desse porte, especialmente estando cheio, esse tipo de situação acaba surpreendendo negativamente. Sobre a estrutura dos quartos, tivemos alguns problemas também: o chuveiro do meu quarto estava em más condições, com vazamento lateral e a água saindo de forma irregular, com muita pressão concentrada, o que deixou o banho bem desconfortável. Além disso, a acústica é ruim, há muito barulho de corredores, com pessoas falando alto e crianças correndo, o que dificulta o descanso. Também sentimos falta de itens básicos de acessibilidade nos banheiros, como barras de apoio, algo importante principalmente para hóspedes mais idosos ou com mobilidade reduzida. De forma geral, o resort tem muito potencial e vários pontos positivos, mas esses detalhes acabam fazendo diferença na experiência como um todo. Fica o feedback como uma forma construtiva de contribuir para melhorias, é um lugar muito bonito, bem conhecido na região e com uma estrutura que chama atenção, dá pra ver que tem história e tradição. A recepção na chegada inclusive, foi um ponto super positivo: tinha uma equipe animando, com dança, espumante, sorvete, açaí e sucos, o que deixou o clima bem agradável

A estadia foi boa, como de se esperar. Só entendo que um EcoResort deveria ter água potável disponível em pontos mais acessíveis (quando eu queria encher minha térmica para tomar terere tinha que ir à academia ou à quadra de beach tennis). Não negaram uma pedra de gelo, mas a água eu tinha que sair do meu conforto e ir buscar longe. Já estive em diversos hotéis do genero e água sempre está disponível próximo (quem quiser comprar mineral e pagar, que compre). Entendam uma coisa, não é por dinheiro, pois havia uma cafeteira (grátis) no lobby e não um bebedouro, é disso que estou falando.

Uma boa estrutura. Quartos bons e espaçosos. A limpeza dos corredores deixava a desejar. As piscinas mereciam mais atenção. Hora muito quentes hora muito frias. A comida estava bem abaixo da média de qualidade que encontramos na nossa visita passada ao hotel. Faltava muita coisa no café da manhã, carnes duras nos grelhados do jantar. Café da manhã, almoço e jantar excelentes, tudo saboroso e de boa qualidade. Limpeza dos quartos e áreas comuns deixaram um pouco a desejar. Jardins bem cuidados com grama impecável. Solicitei, por duas vezes, manutenção para o ar condicionado, mandaram o técnico, mas não resolveram, nem se preocuparam. Demanda grande para poucos funcionários, prejudicando o atendimento. Recreação para crianças jogaram pequenos chocolates para o alto, onde as maiores conseguiram pegar e as pequenas ficaram chorando, como foi o caso da minha. são pontuações que devem ser melhoradas, mas pouco atrapalharam a experiência que foi ótima e certamente será repetida.
