エレベーターの床のカーペットが染みだらけで非常に汚かった。また、設備が古すぎてユニットバスが小さすぎるのと、洗面所に一か所のコンセントもないことに驚いた。便座もウォシュレットではなかった。（便座シートがフロントに言えば出てくる、という程度で冷たいには違いない）ドライヤーが机の下に入っており、コンセントは延長コードでベッドヘッドのコンセントから使うようだったが（電圧が足りるのか心配だった）、鏡がない。後で気が付いたが、ドライヤーの下に立てかけるタイプの小さな鏡があった。ベッドだけは新しくしているようだがベッドヘッドが壁に密着しておらず、謎の空間があった。多分一つのコンセントを異常なタコ足にしているのでそのスペース確保のためと思われる。その他は空調も含め、耐え難く古かった。値段が安いから仕方がないのだが、エレベーターの汚れたカーペットくらいは取り替えてほしい。

建築・設備とも「昭和のビジホ」、といったところです。 まず、ややマイナス点としてホテル敷地内に駐車場は無く、徒歩数分圏のいくつかの駐車場に駐めるスタイルです。岡谷の治安については分かりかねますが、「クルマ命！」という方は気になるかも。雨の日もちょっと不便です（傘を貸し出しています）。 館内に夕食をとれる施設はありません。周辺食事店のマップをくれます。 車通りの多い県道？市道？沿いで、騒音（クルマの走行音や救急車）はやや気になるかも。部屋についてもドアは鉄板なので廊下の話し声等は気になります。 Wifiはあります。 小型冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、ドライヤー（ユニットバスに設置のものでなく家電仕様のもの）もあります。 コンセントの数が少ないですが、3つ口の延長コードタップがありました。 ユニットバスのトイレ便器に保温便座はなく（アメニティとして使い捨て便座マットが提供されています）、ウォッシュレットもありません。シャワー混合栓は、温水冷水のそれぞれの栓を自分で調整するタイプで面倒といえば面倒。 浴衣はフリーサイズしか無いので大柄の方はやや不便。私は178cmややメタボ体型なので窮屈でした。 スタッフの方の対応は気持ちよかったです。 これらを承知して利用するならば値段相当で、私は概ね満足でした。
