2/10 Poor

NEVER AGAIN will I book at this hotel. For being one of the most expensive hotels in Dipolog, it's a DUMP!! The rooms are to small. The beds are to small. No amenities at all in the room. Broken bathroom fixtures that were falling off the wall. Toilet not secured to the floor... etc... I immediately asked for another room and the second room was WORST than the first room. The air conditioner made more noise than a brass band and the cleanliness of the shower just sucked! For anyone looking to book here... Do yourself a favor and DON'T book here and to another hotel. There are better places in Dipolog for less money. This place is a dumpster fire!

First room great views unfortunately Air conditioner not working! Too hot! Waited over 30 minutes for a room transfer! 2nd room no view but AC works great! Overall it’s okay because the location is great!

Convenient and cozy

Was a very pleasant stay here for a wedding. General area is nice and in the middle of the city, and conveniently located within walking distance of the boulevard. There's also a restaurant in the ground and fifth floors. My room was decent but had a problem with its lock, but staff fixed it very quickly. Would stay again. Wifi is very spotty though.
