Staff was amazing, super helpful. The building and room were clean and well appointed, especially for the price point. The only issue I had was with the bed. It was very soft and sagged. I couldn't have stayed more than one night if I had to. If you are okay with super soft beds, it's your place. If not, be aware. Otherwise we would 💯 go back again.

Office was closed by the time we reached. There were noone in and around property. We were informed office gets closed at 8 PM. Property is not well maintained. Bathroom shower was not working. There was smell in the room. Also, didn't like the property location. It is not the same as advertised. We didn't felt safe at night.

PROS: Clean room, comfortable bed, mini-fridge+microwave, friendly host, convenient to hot springs pools & state park, good value (at least our room). CONS: Property is still in process of being upgraded (example: our room had modern amenities, thermostat, and bathroom, but old chipped linoleum(?) flooring, and flimsy room door & lock. SUMMARY: Clearly a work in progress. But currently worth staying at if you can get a good price.
