My first visit, bed was great rest of room dated, housekeeping only came on request day 1 and did not come at all day 2. Had to beg for new towels took over an hour to get, no pool towels, had to ask for them as well. Pool was full of leaves and small trash. Management just is not paying attention and taking the location for granted.
