Nice family pub. It can be a bit noisy during pub open hours but my family were very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The bar below sells nice selection of beers and the play area kept our daughter busy so we could relax.

Perfect accommodation for our needs. Two refurbed doubles were big and good with en suite. The twin room was small and bathroom not en suite, should be priced a lot cheaper. No facilities for breakfast in the morning although lidl a 4 min drive

Comfortable bed. Our room needed double glazing though.
1-night trip

6/10

Basic but comfortable. The twin beds were fine. The separate bathroom in the twin room was dated and the shower had a lot of black mould, so I decided to go without. The television remote control was broken. Otherwise fine.
1-night trip

Shower was either too cold or scorching hot, description stated 3 people a room but only a 1 king size bed in the room, def need a sofa/pull out bed, staff were great at the bar, food was ok

1-night trip

6/10

Room ok, noisy as above bar, but that’s expected. Comfy bed, very good tea and good sized mugs and kettle. Bedroom Wi-Fi non existent. Good location for working at the hospital. Parking was ok, but hard to park on a Friday.
5-night trip

8/10

Rooms are above a pub and Tuesday is quiz night so there is background noise but once it closes its all quiet after. Room could do with a proper desk to sit at or work at.
