Pedi quarto de solteiro com ar condicionado e frigobar, me deram sem o frigobar e somente com ventilador e cobraram pelo quarto mais caro. Quando perguntei, disseram que eu estava em quarto de casal e paguei pelo solteiro, mas eles que me deram porque estava cheio e eu havia reservado com antecedência. Além disso, preferia um quarto com o que eu pedi do que um de casal sem nada. Outra coisa, o quarto era bem sujo, mofado e sem ventilação. O café era bem simples, mas tudo bem. O atendimento no geral não foi ruim, somente esse episódio de cobrança por um quarto completo e me disponibilizar um ruim que me decepcionou bastante.

Pessima experiência, nunca vi lugar tão sujo, completamente insalubre. Quarto com as paredes completamente mofadas, a cama que seria de casal, nem poderia ser considerada para solteiros, colchão um pedaço de espuma velha, baratas por todo canto, banheiro nojento demais. Não conseguimos ficar nem dez minutos naquele lugar, pegamos nossas coisas e saimos daquele lugar pavoroso. Questionei o reembolso da diaria, mas nem deram resposta, porem nem fiz questão, só queria sair daquele lugar, sinceramente parece um prostibulo. Nas plataformas de viagens, não é nada daquilo que é mostrado, fotos completamente ilusórias.
