This property is in a great location. Close to the main plaza. Overall the property is in good shape with only one exception which I will describe shortly. We stayed in the suite towards the street, and I believe they have different size ones. It had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. The rooms are very spacious. Our problem during our stay was the bathrooms. There was a leak which created a puddle in the main bathroom. It was never fixed while we were there, and seemed as if it was there before we got there. Everytime we had to use the bathroom we had to go in there with shoes otherwise you ended up wet. It was cleaned only with the daily cleaning. That was our biggest issue. The beds are not the comfiest, you can feel the springs, I believe all but 2 were that way. We stayed here just before and after new years, so another thing to consider is the noise. Noise from pedestrians and/or cars. I wonder if we werent in the street facing suite the noise would of been an issue. Other then those things it was an okay stay.

Best location but bed and sofa reached it's end.

We only saw the front desk person she was very nice and helpful. She was going to take my laundry to a location that could do my laundry with drop off on saturday then available for Sunday pick up. On Sunday when I went to it up from at front desk she there wasn't any able to do it with short notice...she told me that she did the laundry! Wow! We was I very surprised and impressed. 5* for her. · In the bedroom it needed dusting of the fan and under the bed. Need thicker bed sheets we bought bed sheets so we felt comfortable to sleep. Bought bath mat for bathroom as there wasnt any. The shower tiles need bleaching as there was a fair bit of mold. Weekends downstairs bar had music so loud it vibrated the windows. The kitchenette was very convenient
