The staff have been super helpful and caring, they really do their best to make sure you are good to go and have your best interest in mind, unlike many places ive been. Its also very clean and quiet, and concenient for people that walk everywhere since its close to all the bigger stores

The room was clean, didn’t really have any interaction with check in person. Didn’t have any amenities. There was one towel one wash cloth and one hand towel, for two people. No hooks to hang coats or clothes. No chair or coffee table to put luggage on. No rug or mat by the shower, on a tile floor was very slippery getting out of shower. AND the mattress was turned cross ways and not on bed frame correctly, bed sheets had cigarette burn marks in them. The plus was end table with extra plug ins.

Not sure if its pet friendly. If you're in a pinch this spot will due. Stayed for a week during winter time is a bit of a challenge. They didnt have heaters like normal hotels do. Wifi signal was pretty weak. If you're picky I wouldn't recommend this hotel to you.
