When we got there we had to walk through two feet of snow just to get in and there was nobody there to check us in. I had to call Casey to find out what room we were staying in, she wasn’t even there. (I had called before we even got there and left a message and never got a return call.)When she did get there, I asked her if we needed to make reservations for dinner at their restaurant and she said that it was closed. I told her that the website should be updated because it said that it was closed for the month of January and reopening in February. I also told her that we were really looking forward to dining there, that was one of the reasons that we paid so much for the room. The room was nice, but overpriced, we wouldn’t stay there again. There wasn’t anyone there when we checked out either, it was odd.
