The property has small rooms, at least the one I booked , is in the area of many restaurants and downtown I would said. The Copacabana beach is close to 2-3 blocks.

Everything was pretty good. Not a big fan of the breakfast options but that might just be me. Didn’t get any WiFi service on the 18th floor but other than that I enjoyed my stay. It was walking distance from the Copacabana beach and it also had some nice restaurants nearby.

Poor maintenance

The bathroom was too small with no window. The blinder of the bedroom window and the key card didnt work properly. The elevators were bad and we had to take the stairs carrying lugage

The room was not super clean (they do not vacuum but just use the broom so the sand for example was impossible to remove totally). The sheets on the bed were too small, so as soon as you touched them they moved from under it and it was a bit uncomfortable and not so hygienic to touch the mattress below. The super positive thing is the location, you are really close to the beach and to the main areas of shopping. We walked that area also after dark and was full of police everywhere so we felt pretty safe. Ipanema is also a modest walk and is also pretty safe as well.

Warning Stay away.

Firstly, the hotel is old and very worn out. They have tried to renovate, but as seen in the attached picture, it has gone completely wrong. Secondly, it is unbelievably noisy. I could hardly tell whether the window to the street was open or closed. Thirdly, the hotel had an ATM in the lobby. One day, I was in a hurry and used it. I withdrew 1000 reais (172 dollars) which had a slightly high fee, but fair enough. However, what they don't tell you until you see it on your account is that they give such a bad exchange rate that it cost me 60 dollars just on the exchange rate alone. A hotel that allows a company to deceive its guests in this manner should be avoided; it says everything about their attitude towards us as guests. Well the app isn't working right, I can't attach the picture. That's a shame.

Hotel razoável. Ponto positivo: muito bem localizado, 3 elevadores, água quente. Ponto negativo: colchões muito ruins, exaustor do banheiro não funciona. No geral, recomendo para pequenas estadias. Fiquei 9 dias no hotel e a qualidade do colchão impactou negativamente o sono de todos da minha família. O atendimento foi bom, café da manhã razoável.

PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE NOS SERVIÇOS

Fiquei 8 dias , estava com minha mãe e minha esposa. No primeiro dia o frigobar estava com vazamento de água, chamamos atendimento e descobriram que o frigobar estava desligado. As condições do quarto não as melhores, as toalhas eram trocadas diariamente porém todas que eram entregues estavam puídas e mal lavadas. O frigobar estava na parte de cima só poeira , as camas embaixo não eram limpas , só tinha poeira e muita sujeira. No banheiro o exaustor não funcionava e quando fui chegar no quarto do meu irmão que estava com sua noive e filha vi que acontecia a mesma coisa. O dinheiro não pagou essa estadia.

Os funcionários do hotel todos muito educados e prestativos. Meu desconforto se deu mais pelas condições do quarto. Não se pareciam muito com as fotos… As paredes acabadas de infiltração, as madeiras inchadas de umidade. Quando cheguei, dei de cara com o banheiro “alagado”. O café da manhã é fraco, não tem uma sanduicheira sequer, leite em pó… A aveia não era de boa qualidade e a variedade de alimentos era pouca.
