Overall it was very good. The room was big and it felt clean. The staff was friendly. They had free water at the reception (very good!). You could even flush the toilet paper in the toilet! They had towels, shampoo and body soap, but no conditioner or hand soap. They also have a seven eleven very close to the hotel. They also have laundry machines available. You can buy a small pack of detergent for 10ntd from the vending machine in the laundry room. So the laundry and drying itself are free, and the machines felt clean and rather new. It was very good service I would say. The hotel is a bit far from the station. Bus for like 5 min, and then walk 10 min, which was a bit inconvenient. So if you have a lot of luggage either taxi/ uber or another hotel I would say.

By the time I entered the hotel lobby I was regretted to book this hotel. Messy presentation. Room is terrible with wet smell. Bathroom mold everywhere. Breakfast very depressed compared with other hotels in Taiwan, they present a menu let you choose one day in advance and they ordered from a restaurant early in the morning, when the time you have your breakfast becomes chilled. The one star I give is because they have free laundry.

以商旅來說，是可以接受、也能自在休息的地方。 枕頭只有各1個，偏向單薄而不好調整高度；空氣中有噴霧清新劑的感受，需要稍微適應。 1樓大廳提供交誼區，並置放現磨咖啡機與飲水機，方便補充。 雖然需要自行在週邊尋找停車格或其他車位，但旅舍方有提供停車費補助(上限100元)，還是很有誠意。

電視螢幕太暗無法收看也無法調整明暗，音量會忽大忽小，搖控器接收不良。床頭投射燈會自動熄滅。躺在床上會照到浴室的燈.刺眼。地點就在新竹市立棒球場旁邊，房間很大冷氣很強，附近吃的很多，有補助停車費一百元。

時間によりますが、フロントには日本語を話せるスタッフの方がいらっしゃいました。すぐ近くに野球場があるので、タクシーで移動する時に目印として伝えやすかったです。朝食はホテルのレストランではなく、テイクアウトを取っているようです。周辺を散策すれば早餐店があるので、外で食べるのも楽しいです。城隍廟も徒歩圏内なので、朝からゆっくりお詣りに行けます。
