If you want to be in the south of the city, this is a great hotel. If you are a tourist hoping to be near Roma, Reforma, etc, this is quite far. Staff is so professional and responsive.

I've been staying at this property several times. This is the first time that my room didn't get clean until 5pm. I has already come back to rest for the day. Also, they gave me.a room on the 3rd floor. In the middle of the night it smelled like food. Like they were cooling inside my room.. other than that the hotel is a nice place to stay at

That lady was not only highly incompetent but also extremely rude and unprofessional. We has issued with our check in, check out, laundry, breakfast. Housekeeping….literally every aspect of the soft product was a disaster. They keep apologising but over a 2 week stay did not improve Absolutely a shame as the property is nice

Reception staff are not friendly, however the rest of the staff are friendly and made their most to be helpful. Unfortunately my room smelled like spout, I reported it and even though the reception staff told me it was taken care, the terrible smell persisted when I came back in the afternoon, finally I was given the option to change rooms.

The internet was very weak. Only 1 of 2 tvs functioned. Maintenance does not work on weekends. The food was okay…nothing special. Room service would arrive lukewarm. They need a proactive manager and not a caretaker.

The property itself was very beautiful and clean. Valet parking was amazing! The room, it had some issues. The floors are very scraped up. The shower door leaks outside while you’re taking a shower. The toilet had a constant sewer smell.

Ok to stay for one night but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for long stays. Air conditioning is weak / doesn’t work, we set it to 22 Celsius and it stayed at 24.5 the whole night. Toilet was also finicky and fridge did not cool much either.

The hotel smelled good and looked clean but the room needed a lot of work. Our fridge didnt work and my babys food went bad. The sink and shower drain were broken and out of place. Also the room safe was broken so I had to take my important belongings with me at all times.
