The staff was very nice. We arrived very late and she gave us a bigger room that was available for no extra charge. However the sheets were quite dirty. It was a little noisy outside but the big window shutters helped a lot. A dated room but ok. If not for the dirty sheets and a couple of small bugs (not bed bugs) the room may have been good. It was fine for what we needed, but i wouldn't stay again.

Don’t go!

This is not a hotel: this is an apartment converted into rooms with controversial sound proof wall. What is not controversial is the clearness: I have never seen a room that dirty! I had to ask to clean it again and even with a new cleaning it was still not ok. I do not recommend this place although the location is excellent.

This small hostel with only 6 rooms is TRULY worth a visit. I was blown away by the amazing interior design of the room. It’s a hostel - but WOW what a beautiful, amazing, de luxe hostel! Located in the cool Chueca area in Madrid adds to the amazing experience. Try it out - it’s really worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back

The staff was very very nice but they lie on the pictures. 1. It’s not a hotel. its an apartment with different rooms with private bathrooms. 2. The room is extremely small 3. The toilet was so small I couldn’t close the door 4. The shower is so small that I left a lot of water on the floor after ahowering.

It has a great location, is really the main feature. The room decoration is a bit unexpected, not Spanish style but a bit Arabic, it looks like the owners might be from Middle East, but would recommend to make it more to the style of Madrid and Spain, the modern Spanish decoration style is very nice, and I think with some small changes it will give more local vibes. Aside of this minimal thing, in general we found the room ok: 1) the bed was big and comfortable, and room’s furniture were clean, well maintained, with enough place to store clothes and in general good conditions. 2) The bathroom is clean and works well, but is super super small, lacks ventilation and the shower is tiny, you shower with the shower curtain sticked to your back, and definitely it is not designed for people of more than 1.70m, would be great if they can place the shower a bit taller. It is manageable as this is only for some minutes you spend at the shower. But for such big room they could make the bathroom in general a bit bigger. Don’t know if is same case for all rooms. We were at the No.1 3) The room has a nice mini balcony with view to the street, which is nice to see the activity around in the morning, it also enters a lot of sun, which is nice, but also the window has wood doors that can nicely black out the room and isolate the sound. The street despite having some business around, at night is quite calm and silent. Definitely the location is great!

Buena ubicación céntrico y cerca a todas las avenidas principales como la gran vía, hortalizas y la plaza de chueca , en donde bajas en esa estación y se encuentra solo a unos metros. La atención del personal Luisito excelente , atento y muy amable. Limpieza y comodidades excelente A excepción de la ducha que debería ser un poco más grande , pero el baño estaba completo , incluso con secador de cabello. La habitación súper cómoda y grande, con una buena cama king,friobar y caja fuerte. La mejor decisión que pudimos tomar; este será de lejos el alojamiento en nuestras próximas visitas ❤️

Det som overrasket oss var blant annet at rommene lå i en høy 2 etg. og det var ingen heis der, og dette var den minste dusjen vi noen sinne har opplevd, dusjen var på 70x70cm og det var en veldig veldig trang dusj. Han som var på jobb den dagen vi sjekket inn var veldig service innstilt, han tok kofferte vår og bar den opp fra gateplan og inn på rommet, og han var veldig service orientert og hjelpsom.
