8/10 Very good

Excellent location right in the center of the city. Room was good. But when I stayed there last time for the same room category, the room was more spacious for some reason. Breakfast - nothing special, but OK. Wish the coffee was better, and more pastry.

4/10 Fair

Breakfast was genuinely good – one of the few bright spots. The location is also perfect, convenient and well-situated. Everything else fell short. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and unwelcoming from the start. Service overall was awful. A simple request for a bottle of water took 4–5 hours to arrive. They didn’t clean the room for 3 days and didn’t change the sheets.

As a tourist, good place to stay. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is varied, the main attractions are within walking distance. The room facing the courtyard is very quiet. The whole week went well.

The room was very large and good value for money. The hotel is well situated, but a bit confusing to get to. English speaking staff made the stay easy.

Nice centrally located hotel - Recommended

Straight-forward check-in and comfortable stay. Road at the front of the hotel is busy so if you are a light sleeper I would maybe suggest asking for a court-yard room. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Food and drink options were both very good in terms of choice, quality and cost. Centrally located so easy to navigate Astana from the hotel. Overall I would recommend of you are staying in Astana.
