Desde el momento de nuestro arribo, la hospitalidad de este hotel fue notable. El propietario nos recibió personalmente, nos acompañó hasta nuestra habitación y dedicó tiempo a explicarnos cada detalle del alojamiento. Además, nos ofreció valiosas recomendaciones sobre sitios, restaurantes y actividades para disfrutar de Paipa, Boyacá y sus alrededores—un gesto que marcó la diferencia. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, al igual que el baño. La ubicación es ideal: podemos acceder a todo lo esencial caminando en menos de 1 km, lo que resulta sumamente conveniente. El personal del hotel demuestra diariamente amabilidad, calidez humana, respeto y disponibilidad constante para ayudar. Se siente verdaderamente acogido desde el primer instante. Como única observación constructiva, el flujo de agua en la ducha podría mejorarse. No fue un problema drástico, pero sería agradable contar con mayor presión para duchas más placenteras. Es un detalle menor que, sin duda, elevaría aún más la experiencia. Con gusto le otorgamos 9.8 de 10. Lo recomendamos totalmente y esperamos regresar pronto.

A great place to stay.

This hotel is family owned for 40 years and is 100 years old. It has open courtyards and is very colonial in style. The owner and his family treated us like family and made many great suggestions of local places to visit.

Hotel con una atención extraña. No hay recepción, ni registro de ingreso, no entregan llaves de la habitación. Es una casa vieja, aunque las camas y el baño estaban limpios, los rincones de la habitación estaban llenos de telerañas y arañas. No lo recomiendo.
