This hotel is fantastic. Great easy location quite rooms with amazing views of the mountains and city. Emmanuel and his team are all friendly and extremely attentive. The food was delicious. Rooms are comfortable while standard familiar hotel amenities. I would highly recommend!

Well the staff including Paul, Shawit, Kokob, Moses and Joshua, were absolutely fantastic. They made my stay absolutely memorable. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast options were incredible. Overall, I had an amazing time. 😊

We booked and paid for a vehicle to the airport for 3 of us and left early. Half way to Entebbe the driver decided we were not the customers supposed to be on this vehicle and dropped us on tge side if the road. Disgraceful behavior and really bad planning by the hotel.

Hotel seems tired.

The Golden Tulip needs a good revamp. Seems like a tired hotel with stale music playing in lobby. Breakfast was quite sad with limited options and flies on food. Room seemed tired looking again. Good location but hotel needs a major burst of energy pumped back into kt.

One of the elevators was out and so the entire hotel was trying to use one. Also, the air conditioning doesn’t get as cold as other properties. It’s a nice place, but it’s about average for what you would expect
