スタッフの対応は良好です。特にレストランの方は感じもよく、料理もおいしかったです。 廊下や室内もきれいで清掃も行き届いています。 ただ、ユニットバス・トイレがかなり古くかつ狭く、諸々不便でした。特に浴槽の底のコーティングが剝がれて汚れており、お湯を溜めて入浴する気になれませんでした。順番に設備を更新しているものとは思いますが、少しくらい値上げしてでも、早急に対応された方がよいのではないかと思います。

JR仙台駅から遠いため、駅近を求める人はやめた方がいい バス利用になり、ちょっと歩くのは無理です スタッフは可もなく不可もなくといった感じでしたが、唯一良かったのは洗濯機、乾燥機が無料だったこと（洗剤は有料） 予約が必要なので、希望の時間が決まっている人はチェックインの際に予約した方が良いかもです 市内にはグリーンなんとかという、名前にグリーンが入ったホテルが複数あり、間違ってこちらを予約してしまいました 問い合わせたものの、当日だったためキャンセル不可と告げられ、仕方なく宿泊 当日キャンセルでも、大体のホテルは事情を理解してくれ、キャンセル料無料で扱ってくれるのだが、 仕方ないですね
