Estadia muito boa , limpeza impecavel , cafe da manha razoavel , acho que faltava alguma diversidade de paes e bolos , mas no geral estava bom , equipe muito solicita . Acrescentaria uma opcao de travesseiro , pois no quarto tinha 4 porem todos muito altos , eu deixaria 2 baixos e 2 altos para hospedes escolherem .

Café da manhã bem básico e quando o básico não é bem feito temos problemas. Ovos mexidos estavam frios e segundo a funcionária era porque o richaud estava quebrado. Cobertores estavam com cheiro de roupa suja. Pra ser 3 estrelas precisa melhorar muito. Péssima experiência. Voltarei a Palmas, mas com certeza prefiro ficar num hostel do que nesse hotel. A única coisa 3 estrelas é o preço alto que cobram

Único ponto a reclamar é relacionado aos travesseiros. Todos os disponíveis são travesseiros muito altos. Eu dormi quase que em pé, de tão altos os travesseiros. Estou com um baita torcicolo. De resto, tudo excelente.

Foi uma experiência ruim. Parede de drywall, onde você ouve tudo que ocorre no outro quarto, há uma placa com o serviço de quarto informando que é acada 3 dias, ao receber alguém no quarto tem que pagar uma taxa de 80,00 por pessoa. O café da manhã deixa a desejar com o mamão com a semente, opção escassa. Falta de comunicação entre os funcionários

Simplesmente Terrível!

Estávamos em viajem de férias e nosso vôo saia de madrugada. Pegamos o hotel para tomar banho e descansar algumas horas. As paredes que dividem os quartos são em drywall, não tem isolamento acústico nenhum!! Não conseguimos dormir pois foi possível acompanhar todas as risadas dos três homens que estavam no quarto ao lado, além do ronco e do barulho do sanitário. Péssimo custo benefício. Se vc quer dormir e descansar a noite não fique neste "hotel". Foi uma experiência terrível que eu compartilho com.os demais usuários.

O hotel é simples, mas muito limpo. O quarto tem tudo que precisa, banheiro bom, otimo chuveiro. O café da manhã também me atendeu bem. O único problema é nao ter nada para comer fora do cafe. Passsei fome, tudo fechado no bairro, nada para comer, tive que pedir iFood no quarto no sabado à noitinha, ninguem me ajudou. Nao tinha nem um pao pra comer no hotel.

Razoável. Não há um carrinho para levar as bagagens e também não havia um funcionário do hotel para ajudar. O elevador cabe no máximo duas pessoas, se tiver muitas malas não cabem as duas pessoas com suas malas. O café da manhã é muito simples, o café e o leite estavam frios. O único ponto positivo foi o quarto quádruplo.
