Although we paid a deposit, we were charged the full amount Ceiling Fan didn’t work, no hot water, no hangers, pool was rarely cleaned felt that the reception staff were always mocking us and always either in their hones or napping. This is not the cheapest hotel in the area which is surprising as most hostels offer superior accommodation and services. The maid service and breakfasts were good.

Great hotel right next to the bus station and a large supermarket. It looks much better than the photos! Spacious rooms, friendly staff, cool design, nice pools, terrace, co-working space. Close proximity to the town and its beaches. I’d definitely stay there again.

Los servicios y las areas, no había agua caliente en regadera y la de las albercas también debería ser caliente, el área de la cocina y mesas, sugiero mas limpieza y cambio de manteles, ad como renovar la loza de cocina en cuarto, cambio de las macetas en terrazas, están viejas y secas, lo que rescato es atención muy buena de personal.
