Excellent services. Good breakfast. Gets better if the temperature of shower becomes more stable and the towel change quicker.

Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry facility was a great addition. Close to the town center. Wonderful waterfront promenade. And great floor to ceiling windows for an amazing ocean view. Highly recommend!

8/10 Very good

Staff were friendly and helpful (service with a smile). Disappointed that a kingsize bed booked was not allocated as paid for and it wasn't until I checked my booking and made enquiry that our room was changed to reflect what we paid for.

What stood out to us were the staff at breakfast. They were so welcoming and made sure everything was okay. Also our room was kept clean everyday when we got back to our room after breakfast. Made our stay very comfortable.

6/10 Good

The Pool was the best part of the hotel. Food options are limited. Amenities are also limited and it is not worth the money. However it’s the only option for most.

This was a lovely place to stay, nice and clean and tidy, it would be good if there was a better variety on their menu it was quite limited or if they did a buffet dinner like breakfast.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very attentive and very helpful. We were treated like family. Breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We were walking distance to the market and to the dive shop. Thank you everyone at Tanoa!

It’s a basic hotel but has everything you need. Comfy bed, good shower, decent breakfast. Good location too. Wifi is poor.

The Tanoa was an amazing hotel to stay at. The staff there were the best we experienced in our 5 different stays on this trip - so helpful, happy and accommodating. The breakfast included was second to none. The only downside was the pool closing early and the parking in the back of the hotel - the road in needs repair.
