After a terrible experience at another property in Lisbon, we booked this hotel at the last minute, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Our original accommodation was unbearably hot, the beds were uncomfortable, and it wasn't clean when we arrived. Moving here was the best decision we could have made.
From the moment we checked in, everything was wonderful. We were welcomed with complimentary water and candies, and our room was spacious, beautiful, and impeccably clean. The refrigerator was thoughtfully stocked with eggs, cheese, fruit, yogurt, and juice, which was especially convenient for our kids.
The location was absolutely perfect and made it easy to explore Lisbon. To top it all off, fresh bread and pastries were delivered each morning, making breakfast feel like a special treat.
Perhaps the biggest surprise was that this hotel actually cost less than the apartment we had originally booked, yet the experience was infinitely better. After three weeks of traveling throughout Spain and Portugal, this was the perfect place to end our trip.
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We would happily stay here again.
