I had a very pleasant stay at Brother Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when assisting me with arranging transportation to the airport. I was also impressed by the service when I first arrived. It was raining, and the porter came out with an umbrella to shelter me and bring me safely into the hotel. It was a small gesture, but it made a very good first impression. The complimentary soft drinks provided in the room refrigerator were also a nice touch. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to walk around the surrounding area and explore nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would gladly stay at Brother Hotel again on my next visit to Taipei.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. The young lady at the front desk helped me checked-in at 1100 which was a huge plus for my stay. Special thanks goes to 黄俊铭at the Rose Room ( 菩薇厅13th floor). He went above and beyond in helping me with my plan of visiting Taiwan! All the staff there were professional and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely visit it back!!!

The location is great, it is very convenient to get on the MRT to different area. the breakfast area is a bit aged. The dishes carts are parked at the breakfast area. A bit strange. We stayed here based on recommendations from our contact in Taiwan. It was easy to make reservations, book a car pickup from the airport and check in. The staff are all very friendly and our room was spacious and comfortable. Our stay included a choice of breakfast at 2 restaurants within the hotel and we also enjoyed snacks from the bakery, rice ball shop and gift shop. The train station is located directly by the front door and there are many shops and restaurants around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
