I love this hotel. I have now stayed there 4 times and will no longer stay anywhere else when I visit my daughter. Sarah at the front desk was great during check in. Breakfast is spectacular, gym is excellent. Only knock is that the lobby area was really cold during my stay. Also great location with very good food options within walking distance.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel was very clean, located in a good area, and the staff was both welcoming and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. The atmosphere felt comfortable and well maintained, and we appreciated how helpful everyone was. For anyone traveling with pets, just note that there is a $100 pet fee. Other than that, it was a very positive experience and we would stay here again

I thought this would be a good hotel because it had parking inside the building so my car was safe- and that was amazing. Once in the hotel we were surprised to see mold in the shower and it just looked dirty. The kids went to the pool and the pool was nice, however there were no towels left and when they went the next morning to swim all the old dirty towels were all over the chairs and on the floor in the pool area and there were no clean towels to be had. (if the pool hours say its open at a certain time then it really should be clean and ready to be used at that time). The hotel touted a rooftop or terrace with a firepit restaurant - however, it was just a bar with tables and you order food (with fairly limited options) from the bartender. The fireplace was not on and the ambiance was unwelcoming. The food was good but very pricey. I was really quite surprised and disappointed that a hotel with this name would be less comfortable than the Fairfield Inn we stayed at in Redding that was substantially cheaper. Hotel front desk, however was very nice and welcoming.

The kitchen in the King Suite was limited. It was misleading on the website. Overall, a very comfortable room with great view. Breakfast was cold for both my husband and myself. It was a nice stay, but not what I usually expected from a Hyatt, it fell one star short.
