I have never been happier to review a hotel! We absolutely LOVED our time here. Not only is the Riad Kaiss absolutely charming, but the 5-star attention to detail and us as guests could not be better. With only 9 rooms on site, the staff get to know you as you come and go. Our junior suite, #6, was absolutely charming and looked over the garden. The breakfasts were beautiful and plentiful with freshly squeezed juice, homemade breads, yogurts and jams, and veggie egg scrambles and omelettes at our request. The Riad somehow manages to offer peacefulness and calm within the walls while being in the midst of the energetic Medina markets, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a hammam and massage, and can enthusiastically recommend both, then carried the relaxation into the evening by enjoying dinner in the garden. The food was beautiful and delicious and our waiter instinctively knew how to pace our meal. The final thoughtful touch was a bag with fruit and sandwiches as we checked out, because they know "food is not often served on flights." Thank you to each and every one at the Riad Kaiss for our memorable and beautiful stay!

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were super friendly and helpful! Nawal and Toufeek (sp?) were especially superb and we were very grateful for their help! The room was good and the bed was comfortable. It was a little too firm for my wife, so they brought a mattress topper and that solved the issue and she slept great after that. The place is super centrally located, yet quiet, so that was nice. They do need to replace their towels, as many of them were a bit worn, but otherwise, this was a great choice.
