Excellent hotel and very helpful staff. We arrived at 10am after 2 ferry journeys and were shattered. The reception man was so helpful and let us check in at 10am instead of 2pm and didnt charge us more. Very much appreciated. Room was big and well decorated with a large balcony with a sea view. Big comfy double bed , both slept well and had a great breakfast , a huge delicious spread. Hotel is great location for the Marina . Loads of restaurants around, top end ones and more traditional ones as well. We would recommend this hotel.

Nothing was good about this hotel old rooms, not a good breakfast, first at reception said there is only 1 room normally we had 2 rooms. Many many misunderstandings middle of the night as we arrive the hotel.

2 gece konakladığımız otelde genel olarak memnun kaldık. Sesiz kafa dinlemek isteyen istendiği zamanda denize gitmek isteyenler için ideal bit otel. Temizlik anlamında gayet hijyenik, kahvaltı ne kötü ne iyi çeşit biraz az. Sıcaklar öğünler patates dışında yok. Personel tek kelimeyle çok güler yüzlü, ahlaklı ve yardım severler 5 yıldızlı otele görmediğim saygıyı burda gördük diyebilirim... Bu nedenle çalışanlara ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Otelin konumu çok güzel market yeme-içme marina yakın kocakarı plajına 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde (taşlık plaj). Temizlik olarak genel iyi odalar güzel geniş biz suitte kaldık çocuklarla daha rahat ettik. Kahvaltısı biraz zayıf ama yeterli ( omlet ya da hamur işi olabilirdi)

Otel genele bakacak olursak gayet iyiydi spor salonu bölümünde belli başlı yeniliklerin yapılması gerekiyor. Gece geç saatlerde karşı odamızda çıkan kavga saatlerce sürdü ve sadece şikayet var diğer misafirlerimizden dediler 3 kere onun dışında polise bildirdiler ve poliste bir şey yapmadı yapılması gereken tek şey sabaha kadar süren bu kavgaya sebep olan kişilerin çıkışının verilmesiydi. Söylediğimiz içecekler dolap fişinin çekilmesi talihsizliğiyle sıcak geldi fakat garsonlar bu durumu tolere ettiler ve gayet ilgiliydiler özellikle şerif bey kendisi çok güler yüzlüydü. Otelde şarj aletimi unuttum aradığımızda burada değil dediler fakat eminim orada unuttuğuma nerede bıraktığıma kadar kargoyla uğraşmak istemedikleri için yardımcı olmadılar bu büyük bir eksiydi.
