Not good enough for a couple with one kid

We didn't have a very good experience with the room. The heating was excessive, the bathroom had black patches between the tiles (maybe mould?), the shower corner was quite small. We booked our stay for two adults and one child. However we got a room with two single beds and no extra sleeping arrangement for our 4yo son. They offered a bed onsite for an extra one third of the price. To be fair we don't know if this was a problem with the hotel or with the booking system of hotels.com. The breakfast was quite good, although the serving area was uncomfortably narrow. One small inconvenience was that only one of the coffee machines was working, so some of the options quickly ran out and took long to be refilled.

Nous avons eu un appartement dans les combles. Malheureusement les fenêtres en haut n'étaient pas équipées de stores. Les draps ont été changés seulement pour la dernière nuit (sur 6) et le lit n'a jamais été fait.
