Could not contact hotel so booked elsewhere

Tried to contact “hotel” via phone number & message to ask about luggage storage but never replied or contacted back. After reading the bad reviews booked other lodgings as could not confirm if they had luggage storage or elevators.

The ad was completely misleading. We reserved a family apartment. For us that meant the space would be connected and private. Come to find out it was simply 2 bedrooms for us and the space between including one of the bathrooms were common areas and people could walk in or out at any time. There were mostly naked men walking around in their underwear half drunk in the middle of the night. The rooms were tiny and only one had access to the bathroom. We had to split up completely and one parent had to get up anytime the children needed to use the bathroom in the night as we did not feel safe to let them wander about at night. The front desk definitely wasn't manned at all as we pulled up and the doors were locked. After about 7 min a man came out of another building about halfway down the block and was able to help us store our luggage but it was completely unsecured in the lobby where anyone could go through it. There was no one to ask for assistance with information or recommendations about airport transport or places to buy necessities. On top of all that the place was run down and dated. In a neighborhood with all manner of people on the street where it was completely uncomfortable to leave at night at all.
