Belleek Castle was a wonderful place to visit and to stay. Amenities were great and the standard of the breakfast was unmatched anywhere. However the maintenance and upkeep on the property must be a challenge and some of this was apparent to a keen eye. Had we known ahead that we would not be dining in the room with the vaulted ceiling, I probably would not have gone to the trouble of laundering and pressing the Sunday best clothes we wore. Nevertheless, despite the scant dinner cuisine served, we had a splendid time for a ‘one off’ stay. The late checkout time was an additional bonus as was the next morning’s walk through ‘the woods’.

Beleek Castle is a truly special experience. The grounds are amazing - lots of beautiful woodland trails. The interior is stunning and is like a museum. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. You will get a friendly welcome from owner, Paul Doran, in the dining room. Staff is very responsive and helpful. We loved this place- a really special experience.

The Castle building is in need of cleaning, repairs and updates. It would be a lovely place if they updated the inside decor, cleaned the furniture, repaired lights and found a way to remove the musty smell. Staff was great and the food and service was great. Beautiful old castle and such a treat to stay in the original building with only a few rooms. Lovely wooded grounds for walks. Our room had a four poster bed which was the icing on the cake! The meal was second to none. I would highly recommend this authentic traditional hotel and will definitely be back, hopefully for longer next time.

I cannot rave enough about this property. Very reasonably priced for such a historic property. Hot showers. Beautiful grounds. Beautiful interior. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious! Not just your regular continental breakfast. It was a hot breakfast by order.
