Estadia muito agradável. Hotel com excelente localização, com staff extremamente prestativo e educado. A poucos passos dali, ha várias banquinhas de doces locais: uma tentação! O restaurante do hotel com comida deliciosa e preço justo. Apesar da garagem do Hotel ficar a 01 quadra, possuem serviço de manobrista que resolve o problema. Esperava um.pouco mais do café da manhã. Com a variedade de pães caseiros e cucas que temos aqui no Sul, acho que poderiam incluir no cardápio. Talvez até fazer uma parceria com uma padaria local como forma de merchandising. Ponto muuuuuito positivo: roupas de cama e banho impecavelmente limpas. Parabéns a equipe da limpeza: nosso quarto estava perfeito! Com certeza voltaremos!

O hotel foi todo reformado, tem itens náo usuais em hoteis, mas que demonstram a preocupação com o bem-estar dos hóspedes, tais como porta sabonete, shampoo e condicionador no box do banheiro. Tomadas na cabeceira da cama, bem como chave de desligamento das luzes do quarto ao lado da cama. Luz de cabeceira suave e com chave independente. Um ponto a melhorar seria a acústica dos quartos de frente para a rua e a iluminação do banheiro que é fraca, ruim para fazer uma maquiagem, por exemplo. O café da manhã é delicioso e muito bem servido. Tem uma geladeira com vários tipos de iogurtes, água com e sem gás e outras bebidas lácteas. Bem localizado, ao lado de banquinhas de doce, bem na região central de Pelotas. O dia em que eu voltar, novamente me hospedarei lá!

O hotel é ótimo, já fiquei hospedado por diversas vezes e sempre achei uma ótima opção. Restaurante muito bom e agradável, com preço justo pela quantidade e qualidade dos alimentos. Quartos sempre limpos e organizados, funcionários prestativos e gentis. Excelente localização para quem precisa ou deseja ficar no centro, com tudo a mão. Únicos senões ficam pelo difícil acesso para quem chega de carro, inclusive não sendo permitido estacionar e também pelo fato, que eu tenho observado corriqueiramente é que os travesseiros não são trocados seguidamente, acho pouco higiênico e com cheiro ruim. Basta levar um de casa. Porém super recomendo!!
