This Hotel is totally awesome. I extended my stay and decided to stay here one extra week. Everyone that works here from the cleaning staff to the reception staff is very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is great. Location is great.. Just a few steps away from Gunja metro station from where you can easily get to anywhere in the city.

This is the best Hotel I have stayed at in Seoul. It is easy to get anywhere with the metro right outside. Great complimentary breakfast. Big spacious rooms. Very clean. And the staff is on another level. They are very nice and helpful. I got especially outstanding service and help from the 2 lady's working in the reception.. They made my stay very satisfying.

My stay was disappointing overall. The room was poorly maintained and lacked cleanliness. Being woken up in the middle of the night by staff asking about a car I didn't bring was completely unacceptable, especially as a light sleeper. ​While the staff was friendly when asked direct questions, they don't offer essential details like Wi-Fi info upfront. The breakfast lounge looked great, though I couldn't try it due to dietary restrictions.

Location was better than we thought with many food options nearby. There's also a 24 hour grocery just beside. The room felt spacious but the staff always forgot to put big towels in the room so we always had to ask the reception for big ones. They also won't clean the room unless you have the "clean room" tag hanged on the door. One thing we found disappointing was how the water wouldn't drain well in the bathroom. After showering the water would puddle causing the floor to be slippery which we thought was dangerous. The remote control for the TV was a little hard to understand. On the day we arrived, it was way earlier before the check-in time so we left our suitcases but they were just out in the lobby without any tags whatsoever. I'm not sure if they had any storage space elsewhere. Overall we were content with our stay.

The location was great, quick pick up for uber and many restaurants and some stores to walk to. It is on a busy main road so can be a little loud at times but it wasn’t a huge issue for us with the a/c and tv slept like babies after walking around all day. I would love to see the garden area cleaned up and better maintained but appreciate a smoking area on site. This would be on the list of places to stay again, saw a few other locations I’d like to check out as well.

Room was overall clean, toilet seat cover was broken when we got there. Room cleaners only come when asked, not automatically everyday. Parking was very easy and useful. Air conditioning was great with remote controlled adjustments.

Romantic Stay

Overall GREAT hotel if you go with one of the suits. Bed was king size, deep/big tub in bathroom (im 6'2 or 74in). The area didnt seem to be good for visitors due to everything looking like residential homes. This is not the place to stay if you want to party/club/drink all night. However, romantic get away.... YES!
