We were able to check in without any difficulty. The property was very clean. The rooms were welcoming and comfortable. The hotel was close to restaurants, castles, and bakeries. The hotel was safe. Convenient to Chenonceau Castle, but you have to drive to get there. Hotel was quite pleasant, but remember that there is no air conditioning (like most places in France). We opened our windows at night during our stay in late July and were able to sleep reasonably comfortably.

Everything was good, except the hotel was understaffed. There was only one person there, and he was working very hard, cheerfully, with a great attitude. But for a sizable tourist crowd, they need more than one person. The front desk was supposed to be open at 8 AM. But no one answered the phone and nobody was physically there until about 4 PM.

La chambre (No. 16) est fonctionnelle et équipée de tout, mise à part la clim, un ventilateur a été mis à disposition. Salle de bain propre avec une douche spacieuse.
