We had a nice first floor suite , which provided two separate sleeping areas . Pool area was well equipped and spacious. View was beautiful. Great value for singles, couples and families.

We loved the size of our room — bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen, living room and pull out bed. Parking was easy. Pool was great. The mattress was uncomfortable.

I stayed in one of the cabins and was pleasantly surprised by the small kitchenette. Having a fridge and coffee maker made the trip less stressful. The property and rooms were clean and well maintained.

We come back to Wells year after year and stay here. The owners keep a quiet, restful, clean and safe place where you can enjoy the sunrise. The location is such that you can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We highly recommend The Garrison.

8/10 Very good

We had a great time staying at The Garrison. Best points were location (to beach, shopping and restaurants), clean room and grounds, the pool was amazing (I believe it was salt water). We also liked that the maid only came once during our 1 week stay. Garbage taken and towels left at our will. Some questionable qualities would be the mattresses and the shower valve

6/10 Good

The property is beautiful and location is great. Rooms were clean and very nice. Very simple mattress (topper) and pillow upgrade would greatly improve the stay. Also wifi did not work well at all.

This a a sweet little place with a long history in town. It's close to great restaurants and just a mile to Wells Beach. It was clean and affordable for our off season stay.

Nice place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Garrison. The property is beautiful and it's in a good location. My daughter loved the pool and she said it was clean and warm. There's a wonderful restaurant across the street.
