More location than actual room
You're certainly paying for the location. The room itself, I would have paid alittle more had I known that they were going to be so small. It was just my wife and I and we felt as though we kept running into each other. For some reason only the heat worked in our room though their was fan controls, perhaps it was user error, but we couldn't get the fan to work and the room was quite warm. The pillows they had in the room were very thin, literally no thicker than my forearm, so we asked the staff down stairs for more pillows and all of a sudden the had they large fluffy pillows for us. The nice thing was that they did allow us to store our luggage there on our last day. Over all I'd say the place is fair, but your definitely paying for the location rather the room.

Simple hotel in Akihabara
Simple small hotel in Akihabara, there are 2 different Apa Hotel, so this one is slightly further than the other which is near to the train station. It is nearby to the maid cafe's. Room size is small but the TV is huge. Food is just downstairs in front of the reception lobby area. Price is reasonable but would be nice if the toilet seat came with heaters. Generally everything is nearby, so food and shopping is easy
