NICE AND PEACEFUL

Is a nice place and the restaurant food is very good. They have a pretty friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows because they are kind of firm. It was a pleasant and peaceful stay and if you get a room with a view it's a very nice view of the water.

The workers woke me up out of my sleep just to replace a broken key. It could’ve waited until I got up. This caused me to be extremely tired for an event I was trying to get rest for. Very unprofessional. Other than that everything in the room is either old or broken, the breakfast sucks, and the location is far from everything. The beach in question is a man made sewage dump. I think this entire hotel needs new management and a renovation

Achei que o hotel nos atendeu bem (equipe cordial e profissional e bom café da manhã). É interessante ter um restaurante com preços acessíveis. Achei apenas o quarto pequeno para 03 pessoas, mas tb tínhamos muitas malas, então pode ser que funcione melhor com um trio em viagem menor (com menos bagagem). No mais, atendeu as nossas expectativas.

Minha experiência foi boa, nao posso dizer incrível pois não havia coberta no quarto, apenas duas mantas que eram pequenas e para duas pessoas não era suficiente, deixando-nos com frio a noite, o ar-condicionado era forte mas não dava para ser regulado, apenas ligar e desligar. Outro ponto é o barulho da rua a noite porque passava sempre onibus/caminhoes, tornando o sono difícil. Porém, tudo estava limpo, chuveiro otimo.

Hotel bem localizado em frente a praia e no ponto final do ônibus. Muito barulho dos ônibus no quarto 214. Pedi para me mudarem para o andar de baixo quarto 101. Havia barulho do quiosque em frente. Mas era menos pior que o barulho dos ônibus. O hotel estava lotado por causa do Rock in Rio. Tem um restaurante que finciona 24 horas. Comida boa. O café da manhã é bem comum.

Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Plage fue regular. El personal fue amable y la ubicación puede resultar conveniente para algunos visitantes. Sin embargo, entendemos que hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorar para ofrecer una experiencia más cómoda a los huéspedes. La limpieza de la habitación no fue la esperada, especialmente las sábanas, ya que se notaban bastante viejas y desgastadas. Además, durante varios días de estadía no se nos ofreció cambio ni suministro adicional de toallas, lo cual entendemos es importante para la comodidad del huésped. Por otra parte, el desayuno estaba incluido, lo cual se agradece, pero todos los días ofrecían exactamente las mismas opciones sin ninguna variedad. Esperamos que estos comentarios sean tomados de manera constructiva para continuar mejorando el servicio y la experiencia de futuros visitantes.
