Staff was so helpful, shout-out to Simo who helped us with EVERYTHING! he even did a but if translating with us to Taxis. Excellent location very near the Palau de la Musica and the Barcelona cathedral that was all dressed up for the Pope’s June 2026 visit. The room felt modern and surprisingly spacious for its relatively small footprint. The rain showerhead was luxurious, the room was spotless, and it was very quiet despite being in the center of a great neighborhood. Adam, the bellhop, was extremely helpful with directions and tips! Trigo Cafe is a 2-min walk and has fantastic breakfasts if you don’t want to do the hotel’s buffet. We would definitely stay at another Catalonia property again!
