花錢住頂樓加蓋

住頂樓加蓋很不開心，拿著行李搭電梯到六樓後，還要自行爬樓梯進房，浴廁玻璃門失衡很難開關，晚上下雨鐵皮聲響很大，凌晨被吵醒，整體經驗很差，明定入住時間五點也很不符合一般需求，使用多次hotels.com沒遇過這樣的。

明明訂豪華雙人房，給的房間確只有一張床的空間給一間廁所，房間小的可憐，後來看到其他房間比我的房間大很多還有沙發空間，立馬詢問櫃檯，櫃檯回覆說那是豪華雙人房型，我馬上反應我也是訂豪華雙人房為何那麼小間，別說沙發連小椅子都沒地方擺，結果櫃檯居然回覆我的那麼小間也是豪華雙人房，既然一樣是豪華雙人房，我付一樣的房價為何我要被分配那麼小間的？只有豪華雙人房的2/3大小，連活動空間都沒有
