Great, helpful staff! Nice pool. Convenient location, just off downtown Hot Springs. The room itself though…mid. Few tv channels, no mini fridge or hairdryer, holes (from cigarettes?) in comforters. Mostly though, the loiters. Felt somewhat more like an apartment complex than a hotel.

Rooms weren’t cleaned well. There was no microwave or fridge. Floor was sticky. Roomed smelled. Outlets were old and loose. Staff was nice and the fact we had free access to ice was a help. Only cameras were by the office. Doors didn’t work smoothly.

The room is very clean for a reasonable price. I dont know about other rooms but mine didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. But they have a microwave inside the office that guests can use. The staff here are always welcoming, friendly and respectful. . I feel safe thats why i support them..

Check in super easy. Cards to unlock the door had to be redone because we couldn't get in the room. Older building in good shape inside but no hooks in bathroom to hang towels etc. No hair dryer. Air conditioner loud. No fridge. For just staying to sleep perfectly fine for the price

The staff did a good job, There "over the phone" edicate needs some work but if you consider the price they did a great job. The outside of the motel looks old and has you questioning. My room was very clean and orderly. You get what you pay for and I feel They did better then my expectations. They dont have land line phones in the room, you must go to the front desk if you have quesations. They do have a pool and it was clean. This place is VERY kid friendly. They have laser tag, go karts, and a gaming building next door. Just min. from down town (8 min walk down hill) If you like mexican food done go to the downtown place, leave the motel and turn left on central about 1 mile down is amazing. Does this place need some work? Yes Would I stay here again? Absoulutly,

The room was clean and in a great location. We did not have any issues with our stay, until it was time to check out. We needed to leave by 8:30 AM on Sunday morning, as we had to get back by early afternoon. When I went to the office to check out, there was a note on the door that said that the lobby doesn’t open until 10 AM and to call a number listed if I need to check out before that. (There was also a note that they would charge $15 for this). We didn’t have a choice so I went ahead and called the number as we did need to leave, but nobody answered. There was another number listed on the door and I tried that number as well and no answer. We went ahead and left the motel to drive back and I had to forfeit my $30 that they made me put down as a cash deposit. I will never stay here again.

Room was okay. No coffee maker, no fridge, no iron, no microwave, no ice bucket. Went o office to ask where to get ice and they ask for my ice bucket. Told them I had no ice bucket and she explained that there WAS one in my room on sink counter. Went BACK to room to make sure and then walked BACK to office to report, again, there was no ice bucket. She gave us ice I a plastic shopping bag. Office manager had to come to room to reprogram tv and brought an ice bucket with her. Stayed two days. Had only two towels and two washcloths & hand towels. Next day needed more and when I went to office to ask for more they stated that when I (yes I said I) bring my used ones to office I could get more. Walked back to room them office to get those. Large garbage cans outside at end of each walkway that was complete overflowing with guest food containers stinking and flies. Had to walk by those each time we went to car. Large overflowing garbage cans throughout parking lot and walkways not emptied for the two days we were there. They were also full when we arrived on the first day. A great location with pool, go carts and arcade. Did not use those but were available and saw folks using them. The price was excellent though.
