O hotel, precisa definir se é uma casa de festas ou um hotel 4 estrelas, as duas coisas considerando o espeço do hotel não tem como. Uma experiencia muito abaixo de outras que ja tivemos, poucos funcionários pra muitas pessoas, cafe da manha caotico, 2 funcionarios somente para pegar pedidos, levar na mesa, limpar e repor, com isso ate um simples cafe, tava complicado, area da pscina impossivel, muito barulho, pq tinha o som da festa, enfim. O hotel não tem um espaço separado para eventos, e fica confuso e desagradavel, parece que você é um penetra, vc num espaço aonde esta acontecendo uma festa, e gente tirando foto, andandando de um lado pro outro com roupa de festa, iniciaramm a festa em frente a portaria principal do hotel, acho que algo muito mal planejado, se sabiam que tinha hospededes que não eram da festa, acredito que melhor seria fechar o hotel exclusisamente para o convidados, que é como vão fazer esse final de semana de 17 a 19 de julho. Hotel também esta passando por reformas e expansão, se foir sensivel a barulho, esquece, entendo que todo local precisa de reforma, mas isso tem que ser feito, com hotel fechado. O unico ponto que não posso reclamar são dos funcionarios, muito bem treinados e se esforcam ao maximo, porem com cenário desse final de semana, não tinham como entregar um experiencia positiva para ao cliente.
