The property is at the foot of the mountains so there's some steps going from the rooms to the restaurant and to the pool area. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant is very good but it's only open until 3pm, after that it's a pizzeria only but the pizzas are made from scratch (expect a little wait time) and are delicious. If you intend on eating breakfast there, go early when it opens. Will definitely go back.

Não gostei da experiência nos chalés , cama solteirão bastante pequena , cheiro forte de colchão que não é aspirado . Café da manhã mais tarde que já vi em todos os hotéis que já me hospedei ( início 7:30 término 9:30) fui para um compromisso às 7h morrendo de fome pq nem o restaurante estava aberto caso eu quisesse comprar . Mas em si o café da manhã é bom , só o horário q poderia iniciar pelo menos 7h . Piscina ok , vista da piscina muito bonita . Eles liberam levar sua caixinha de som , problema é que tem pessoas sem noção q nao sabe fazer o uso do volume. Os preços do restaurante sao ok .

O primeiro quarto que nos foi atribuído estava em condições ruins, com móveis danificados e chuveiro sem o espalhador. Depois da nossa reclamação, o funcionário mudou-nos imediatamente de quarto, o que foi simpático. Ambos os quarto estavam limpos e a equipa de funcionários é simpática e atenciosa. Na segunda noite, a internet caiu por causa de um raio que caiu proximo ao hotel e não foi reativada até o nosso check-out. O lugar é bonito, a vista é lindíssima. Mas hotel, como um todo, precisa de alguma manutenção pois apresenta desgastes do tempo. Não usamos a piscipa porque estava chovendo. A coisa mais linda da estadia foram a cabrinha e o cachorro de estimação do local.

espaço comum do Hotel é muito bom,paisagens naturais,visão da serra e da cidade.Porém existem alguns pontos que precisam ser colocados:o meu check in não foi legal pois já havia pagado via app e o funcionário não estava localizando a minha reserva e disse q eu poderia pagar ao fazer o check out(situação q me causou aborrecimento já q já estava pago),o café pode ser melhorado,a condição dos quartos pode ser melhorada(a porta q dava acesso à varanda não trancava o que gerou uma certa insegurança ,os trincos do banheiro estavam soltos),a piscina estava em Manutenção e não pudemos usá-la (sendo q antes de fazer a reserva entrei em contato com o hotel para saber se estava funcionando e afirmaram q sim).
