Very friendly and helpful property manager (Gianni) with useful suggestions and recommendations for restaurants, shops, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was about the best spot you could get in the historic center, in a quiet little side street but only a 30 second walk to the only coffee bar that opened before 8am (I enjoy coffee by 7:00-7:30!), and a 2 minute walk (if that) to many restaurants, bars, etc. The shower was a bit tiny and cramped but otherwise the bathroom was roomy and the kitchen was very handy. My room was in a structure with a pleasant rooftop terrace that I enjoyed for sunset and a glass of wine on a couple of evenings! It’s an ideal place to enjoy the region…A 15 minute walk to the train station (where you can take a 4 minute train to Polignano a Marr for a day trip).

The owner came to meet me and helped with my luggage (taxis/shuttles can not access the old city). He was extremely friendly & helpful. I had a good size breakfast waiting at the door in the morning and a beautiful roof top terrace to enjoy my morning coffee. Not fancy but clean, quiet & in a great location.

Nous avons séjourné quatre jours merveilleux. Giani le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli, une bouteille de prosecco au frais pour nous détendre autour du magnifique jacuzzi. L’emplacement est idéal, les restaurants, le shopping tout ça à pied. Sans aucune incidence dans le calme de la suite. Je recommande à 100%.

Très bon accueil en très bon contacts avec Gianni.

Accueil très agréable par Gianni (?), très sympathique. Tout était parfait, les seuls bémols mais mineurs : assez loin des parkings donc longue marche dans Monopoli pour la résidence pas facile à trouver. Et puis (nous logions à l'étage) escaliers pas faciles (marches étroites). Mais ce sont des détails par rapport à la qualité du logement..
