The location of this hotel is great. Easy walking distance to Barrio Antiguo, Macroplaza, Morelos St, Metro stations, etc. The hotel is clean and reasonably remodeled. Staff were friendly and accommodated me for an ultra late check-in when I arrived. I would stay here again while in Monterrey

The lobby was nice and the rooms were big but had linoleum floors and just didn't look coordinated. Good area though near restaurants and museums. Also, no microwave or mini-refrigerator. Definitely not 4 star. Could be very nice if they did some remodeling and provided some appliances in the rooms.

The main floor and lobby are beautiful, the doorman was a nice touch. Checking was a little slow because there was only one clerk with three people in line. We were given a room on the ninths floor, which had a spectacular view of the Monterrey skyline. The door to our room was an issue, very hard to open and close, it appeared like it was falling off It’s hinges or swollen. We told two different people about it, and we still needed to use our body weight in order to open and close the door. The bathroom had the most issues from the shower not draining to a trickle of hot water from the sink faucet. Overall, it was not a good experience, and we do not plan on staying here again.
